Hi, I'm Tamara,
I believe all people have a seed of greatness within them. I also believe if people are properly supported and nourished, they will grow beyond challenges and develop into the best version of themselves.
I am living proof of someone who was properly supported and nourished by my family and was therefore able to grow and develop beyond my challenges.
At the tender age of four, I was accidentally set on fire. I had to undergo two major surgeries, coupled with painful skin grafts. This experience left me emotionally and mentally devastated. It took years for me to gain strength to face and conquer my fear of not being enough. It was through the support and nourishment of my family, I realized my true value of being more than enough.
My personal transformation served as a catalyst for change in others. I often say that my success in life is measured by the visible transformation in the lives of my clients, after having worked with them to achieve their personal best.
